Richard Clatney M.C.Ed, CHRP
Richard has over 15 years experience in Human Resource Management. He has work with public and private organizations, in unionized and non-unionized setting and is a successful entrepreneur. He currently holds director positions with 2 start-up companies and is a university instructor, along with acting as Managing Partner for Ayimach Human Resource Services.

Richard brings expertise in general human resources management, retail management and adult learning. In particular, he is veteran HR Generalist with extensive experience in all area of HRM. Richard also brings knowledge of lean / six sigma process and business process improvement. His customers have come from every walk of life and vary in industry from agriculture to retail and manufacturing to information technology. He has a passion for workplace learning and is a seasoned supervisory performance coach.
